EPDM

EPDM

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer is an efficient rubber roof style used on low-slope roofing surfaces. This roofing style when accurately applied can last for 15 – 25 years and has been used on roofs in Canada since the 1960’s. EPDM is really good with leaks and is usually installed for roofs that have issues with weathering, inflexibility and failing joints. It is fairly economical and relatively simple to install when compared to BUR. It is also much cleaner than the BUR system.
